Dawn to 10 p.m. • There is no camping allowed in Johnson Park or along the North Fork.

There is no cost to use the river with access for everyone. Patrons are encouraged to bring your own kayak, paddle board, tube, or surfboard.

Citizens and visitors must use city owned property to access the river with their personal watercraft.

Those wishing to use the river can gain access about ¼ mile north of Benjamin Avenue on the west side of First Street just south of the bridge, at Embrace Park, and at Winter Park. Those utilizing the river are encouraged to always wear life jackets.

Parking will be available at Johnson Park. There is trail access to the first and last drop structures from Johnson Park.
